Challenge
Bioeffect was looking for an eCommerce agency to manage their multi-regional websites powered through a Shopify Plus SAAS-based solution. Their regional partners had challening eCommerce requirements to be implemented on their standard web template. Bioeffect was looking for a partner to provide strategic consultation in managing and maintaining their eCommerce assets. They wanted a website convenient for both sides; the customers and the team working at the backend.
Solutions
- Bioeffect was looking for a free gift/sample functionality. Tekglide provided a custom shopify plus development service solution based on amount threshold and specific product; either free product was auto-added to cart, or multiple samples were shown to the customer to add.
- Bioeffect was looking to implement a mini cart so that customers stay on the same page and get notified about the product added to the cart. Tekglide’s professional Shopify developer helped implement a solution that was AJAX-based so that the pages don’t load and the customer can see a notification showing product added to the cart.
- Bioeffect was looking to implement a functionality to show how close the customer was to free shipping or product. Tekglide helped implement a solution on the cart page that showed the customer how close they were to getting the free shipping/product.
- Bioeffect was looking to have a dynamic home page so that the in-house team could manage small content-related tasks. As a result, Tekglide made the entire homepage dynamic for client management.
- Bioeffect wanted to implement a robust ESP, and Tekligde helped implement Klaviyo for that and customized it to capture more and more data.
- Tekglide implemented a robust mega menu that did not decrease the site speed instead helped the customer navigate through the site.
